This is happening ONLY where Democrats are in control simply because Democrat politicians are telling police not to do their job. You could certainly call them accessories to these crimes.
About the only thing more disgusting than this display is to enable it, ignore the victims of it and then blame it all on Donald Trump.
Somehow, it doesn’t seem like a particularly good strategy to willfully endanger the very citizens from whom you are asking for votes.
