Kamala Harris’ assertion that she owns a gun and would shoot someone who entered her home, but in 2007, she also said that police have a right to enter any firearm owner’s home to make sure their guns are stored properly. What part of the Fourth Amendment doesn’t she understand? Does she really understand the Second?
